Here’s the thing. . .

Since I was nineteen years old, I’ve been standing in front of people sharing my heart’s wisdom, in hopes that it makes a difference. My inspirational words come from deep suffering and loss (check out more of my story here). Out of my collective pain, I grew invaluable lessons that I now share on stages all over the United States with social reach worldwide.

I desire to inspire — it’s as simple as that.

What’s my jam? 

I’ve had the privilege to speak on all different types of stages and on a wide variety of topics. Here are a few of my favorites; talking about my books — I love traveling and speaking about the stories I’ve written about on my life (see here), mental health and wellness, women’s empowerment, effective communication, genuine connection and authenticity, personal growth, and how to be human.
